Augie, a lovable dog that lives with her owners Jennifer and Steve Hetterscheidt in Oakland, Tennessee, has been through multiple households before finding her forever home. Despite being an exceptional dog, she was adopted and rehomed twice while at the rescue center. Augie’s constant returns were never her fault, but Jennifer and Steve didn’t hesitate to adopt her again at 14 years old. They promised to be Augie’s true forever family and have stuck to their word ever since.
Augie was adopted for the last time at the age of 14, which is quite old for any breed of dog. However, she was still relatively healthy when she found her forever home.
